Now that I am hosting with you I need support help. How do I point my domain to your name servers?
Please note there are many registrars, the instructions below are intended to give you a common overview of what most registrars may require to update your domain. If you are using our free 7 day trial you cannot change your domain name to point to our name servers on the trial.
- Go to the registrar's web site if you did not purchase your domain from Chain Reaction Web
- Login to your account on thier website
- Locate the domain name administration page.
- Locate the name server administration page.
Change the name servers to the following:- Primary Name Server: ns1.crehosting.com
- Primary Name Server IP address: 63.135.169.183
- Secondary Name Server: ns2.crehosting.comSecondary Name Server IP Address: 63.135.170.104
- You may need to confirm your changes via email. Your registrar may email you a confirmation message, follow the instructions from your registrar to complete the confirmation.
